Refund policy

At Urbaskin, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
